DX Solutions was established in 2001 with a clear mission: to understand our clients and their business challenges, and to innovate to enhance their capability.


We aim to set the standard in E2E ICT solutions by offering expert services that go beyond immediate challenges, align with the needs of our customers, and drive business outcomes.

As an Australian-owned and operated company, we have grown on the strength of a local presence, top-down engagement, and an innovative, flexible approach.

In 2014 and 2015, DX Solutions entered BRW’s Fast 100 with a team of over 200 employees, acknowledgement of a rapidly expanding regional footprint and impressive list of public and private sector clients. In 2016 one of our Directors has been listed as a finalist in the CEO magazines Executive of the Year award 2016 IT and Telecommunications category.

Our award-winning team is led from the front by three directors who bring extensive experience across project delivery, integration and testing.

With a background in highly successful technology companies and numerous online ventures, Jason Peters is an entrepreneur by nature. As the Co-Founder and CEO, Jason established DX Solutions in 2001.

With a wealth of business experience, Jason’s attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of operating a professional services organisation rest at the heart of the way DX operates today.

Jason brings a unique approach to managing operational and financial interests for DX, along with developing and guiding the strategy of the company. His level-headed, thoughtful approach to all facets of business contribute greatly to the ongoing success of the company.

Having worked for 25 years in the IT industry, Bart began his career in Canberra selling Apple computers to Federal Government. At one stage, he was the head of IT for the Australian Censorship Board within the Australian Federal Attorney-General’s Office.

During a ten year stint in London where he worked as an IT contractor, started a bar/restaurant and built an online retail business, Bart eventually saw an opportunity to start one of the earliest cloud computing companies in 2007. His successful exit from this business in 2011 saw him return to Australia to work with Macquarie Telecom’s Ninefold—a start-up seeking to steal a march on AWS. Recognising that no-one was going to steal a march on AWS, Bart led Anchor Cloud Hosting as CEO from 2013 until its sale in 2017.

Passionate about business, customer experience, people development and (some might say ironically) robotic process automation, Bart brings considerable experience to DX and firmly believes that DX’s only job is to make our customers more successful.


Director, Networks
Director, Networks

Ravi is the Director of DX Networks. He has overall responsibility for the direction and management of end-to-end networks delivery (Fixed, Mobile & ICT Networks). Ravi provides the strategic direction for growth and is responsible for Network operations.

With a strong engineering background, and a proven career record in delivering major telco initiatives, Ravi brings extensive experience and a strong commitment to this role. Ravi is skilled in start-up’s in emerging markets in technical, commercial and operational aspects of the telecom business with more than 10 years’ experience in cost and operational transformation including digital transformation and customer experience.

Ravi has extensive experience in large scale project execution, Service Delivery, Marketing, Managed Services Outsourcing, 3G, LTE, Cloud/NFVi and 5G.

Strong entrepreneurship professional with a Masters of Telecommunications in wireless networks from The University of Melbourne.



Head Solutions Architect
Head Solutions Architect

Rob is the Head Solutions Architect at DX Solutions. A highly experienced and successful Solution Specialist – Technical Test Manager, with a strong technologist career background in the Financial Services, IT and Telecommunications sector.

He has worked in many major organisations and on many technologies with different organisational structures.

Rob is passionate in delivering innovative IT solutions of real meaningful customer value. What he does well in classical project management terms, is act as project manager, a team leader, a design authority, a test lead, a designer or a technical business analyst, providing the specialist technical expertise in life support – driving whatever the solution requires.

Testing, design and software activities such as code reviews and technical outsource offshore team management are areas where Rob has extensive experience.

He has managed many testing projects, as Test Team Lead and Manager – planning, designing, executing, reporting and closing test cycles. As the specialist technical lead or manager, he is often in the pivotal position to define testing and manage defects, as well as mentoring and leading team members.

Rob is proven in delivering end to end testing best practice – across all cycles and a vast array of test methodologies.

A TOGAF Certified Architect (The Open Group Architecture Framework) – Foundation and Practitioner levels. Rob holds a BEng – University of Bath, Electronics and Communications; a MSc – University of Bristol, Strategic Management; and a MSc – The Open University, Computing for Commerce and Industry.

In Business Analysis, he has worked on all 6 of the BABOK phases (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) – Planning and Monitoring; Elicitation; Requirements Management; Enterprise Analysis Requirements Analysis; Solution Assessment; and Validation.

Rob is always looking to drive and share in interesting new IT challenges delivering solutions of major value to customers and businesses. He thrives on coupling a deep technical understanding of the project with a pragmatic approach to deliver and maximise customer benefits.

He is accomplished in delivering a specialist innovative approach across technologies, tools and architecture, and working in close collaboration with the client. Rob’s passion is integrating contemporary delivery technologies, adopting agile and DevOps techniques across a wide array of tools to ensure a speedy, quality and flexible delivery pipeline.


Business Manager
Business Manager

After 15 years of working in various operational roles both nationally and internationally, Mark joined the DX Solutions team in 2012.

Utilises his international business management skills, sound commercial background and expansive leadership experience, Mark drives growth and leadership throughout the organisation.

Mark’s official responsibilities fall into two areas: project management and strategic initiatives. The project management component comprises of set weekly, quarterly and annual responsibilities. Strategic initiatives involve Mark leading or co-leading projects on behalf of the CEO and the senior management team. These projects often exist to improve coordination across the functional areas of the business.

Mark is now working with a cross-functional team on how DX operationalise a long-term vision towards further growth for the company.

Peter is a highly experienced IT Test Environment Manager. A proven professional with extensive management experience in various IT roles for leading organisations.

As an IT Test Environment Manager, his leadership and management approach are always strategic and very customer focused. He has acquired specialist skills from a broad array of employment ventures in the telecommunications sector, and other  business organisations.

Peter is a high achiever with extensive experience and demonstrated ability in strategic planning, stakeholder management, high level test environment management across multiple projects; solution design and documentation; test methodologies and implementation; defect management; risk analysis; IT systems management; and timely cost effective high quality project delivery.

He has a strong work and business ethic, with excellent written and oral communication skills as well as a natural creative flair. He is passionate about his work role and his proven specialist skills include:

• Software test vendor management
• Telecommunications (transformation and integrations)
• Test defect management (multiple streams)
• Code drop management / mitigation timelines

He has a Bachelor of Business and Information Technology, and an Advance Diploma in Business and Information Technology.


Compliance and Bid Manager
Compliance and Bid Manager

Peter is currently engaged in a consultant capacity as Compliance and Bid Manager for DX Solutions. He is responsible for directing and managing organisational compliance practices, and establishing and managing strong governance within the company’s operations.

Additionally, Peter is responsible for the preparation of major Enterprise and Government tenders, and for providing strategic planning and direction for the company with the development and implementation of organisational policies. He also actively monitors and reports on the client agreement portfolio to advise where there is potential for further growth in business operations.

Peter has a senior executive background with extensive experience in the NSW public sector in corporate and operational areas.

He was a long serving former Assistant Commissioner, Office of the Commissioner and Human Resources with Corrective Services NSW. A high achiever with a strong career record and proven senior executive leadership and management experience, knowledge and ability.

In his former capacity, directed and managed a diverse range of divisions, branches and units with an overall total of 351 staff.

Jacklyn has a demonstrated background in the information technology and services industry, with a specific interest in forward thinking Tech companies. A career spanning more than 10 years in almost every administrative function, she is highly skilled in negotiation, stakeholder management, contract management and executive support.

She brings with her a broad skillset including marketing, social media and events management, a fresh perspective, and an innovative mindset.

As Office Manager for DX Solutions, she provides a professional oversight of operational services within the DX office whilst maintaining a smooth office operation. She provides high level direction of administrative processes and manages the delivery of payroll and accounts. Additionally, she is tasked with ensuring the client and resource administrative processes are delivered in accordance with agreements and statements of work.

With a solid background in business management, IT and web design, Anna has over 6 years experience working in the operations space. Assuming the role of Operations Manager, Anna has been one of the key members in the DX Solutions team since 2011.

With solid skills in project coordination, Anna was responsible for assisting one of DX’s clients on a complex transformation program after completing her PRINCE2 certification (an internationally recognised project management course).

Working closely with both the delivery and sales teams, Anna possesses a high level of perfectionism and continues to over-deliver on all she does. At DX, her skills have been utilised throughout the years to start a number of initiatives helping to increase turnaround time and productivity for varying businesses.

With a background in customer service and hospitality, Grace possesses strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated administrative ability.

Being the first point of contact for DX Solutions, Grace is highly responsive and approachable in dealing with clients and visitors to the company.

Grace is highly professional in her role as Business Operations and Client Support.  She provides essential, executive support to the Managing Director, and various administrative support functions ensuring the smooth operation of the DX office.

Grace plays an important role in the onboarding process of new employees. She works closely with account managers and key stakeholders to meet the expectations of our clients that have come to appreciate DX’s capability of addressing urgent requirements.

DX Solutions developed a unique PMO Solution that is light and adaptable, to help our clients reduce project clutter and overheads, and create synergies across their project portfolios.

With an exceptionally strong history in engineering and integration in the telecommunications industry, we pride ourselves on understanding the nuances of solutions across radio and core networks, provisioning, billing and business intelligence.

We are the only Australian supplier with the level of expertise required to provide this capability.

DX Solutions have completed some of the most significant projects in the region, including inter-operator roaming, global roaming, Long Term Evolution (4G LTE) and currently, Voice Over (voLTE).

Our work

In December 2013, we began work with Vodafone on the LTE 4G mobile program.

We provided outcomes for engineering, integration, test and vendor management for the Core Evolution Program, which replaced the Nokia Siemens Core Network with the new CISCO Core Network for legacy voice and core network services. Additionally, we consolidated the network through cloud-based delivery of 2G/3G/4G mobile, Wi-Fi and fixed services. We are currently working on the Voice over Long-Term Evolution (VoLTE).


With Nokia Siemens Networks, we delivered the Federal Government Network Emergency Warning System (NEWS) solution for Vodafone and Optus.

Within our program, the networks and testing teams verified, integrated and then managed the government trials for acceptance of the network event and cube calculation system. The system warns subscribers across all mobile networks, in real-time, about potentially catastrophic events and is used heavily during the bushfire season.


The Sportingbet (William Hill) acquisition of TomWaterhouse.com created the need to integrate its people, processes and systems into the Sportingbet business. This included the design and development of a new responsive website.

We managed the entire program and supplemented their project team with consultants specialising in Transition Management, Test Environment Management and Test Analysis.


In December 2013, Perpetual acquired The Trust Company and, in early 2014, the Integration project began to merge them. Two streams were introduced into the project portfolio: shared technology and business systems.

We provided Project Management services to deliver the shared technology stream. This stream was required to deliver a combined network, email, video-conferencing, storage of data and physical relocations. Currently in progress is the migration of 1,000 seats from various email platforms (including Lotus Notes and MS Exchange) to Office 365.


We are responsible for quality assurance on all Toyota Finance Australia’s (TFA) major programs, as well as a large percentage of business-as-usual work, including end to end test management, integration services, and governance across the projects for Fleet Management, Finance, Call Centre, automated IVR and Customer retail lending systems that support ongoing demand for vehicle financing.

The most recent example of our success was TFA’s Collections implementation. This project involved implementing a completely new debt collection, credit reporting, defaulting and BI capacity to the finance, risk and compliance division of TFA which interfaced with existing systems, some being 15 years old.

Our key successes were:

  • Over 600 defects identified and resolved
  • Accolades from all customer stakeholders for our agility, testing expertise and professionalism, and recognition from the CEO and CIO for outstanding partner performance.

We provided strategy development for testing the service transition of Salmat’s data centre migration, a $375M business process outsourcing unit to Fuji Xerox, which consists of more than 80 enterprise systems and shared services.


The Spinifex program enabled Vodafone subscribers to improve their coverage from 79 to 96% throughout Australia by roaming on the Optus network in non-coverage and rural areas.

We provided the project services for the program across requirements definition, business analysis, design and architecture, systems integration, project management, testing services, and post implementation support and activities. Additionally, we provided drive testing, customer experience and boundary testing for handover between the two carrier networks.

Wireless telecommunications company, Verizon, has launched its Verizon Partner Program (VPP) in Australia, which aims to offer systems integrators and solution providers tailored engagement opportunities to tap into Verizon’s network, managed security, Cloud, advanced communications, connected devices and professional services expertise.

 Partner members will receive access to the Verizon Partner Portal, co-marketing resources, online training tools and global certifications. Members can progress through four partner tiers – Member, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Kim said the company is onboarding many local partners and has just signed on Australian-based DX Solutions into the program.
